The eco-friendly Laka Bamboo Series ukuleles feature a full bamboo construction, including the top, back, sides, neck, headstock, fingerboard and bridge for all three exquisite Soprano, Tenor and Concert models.
Whilst research claims bamboo is extremely green and replenishes up to 10 times quicker than hardwood trees, it’s also renowned for its durability, aesthetic qualities and exceptional acoustic properties that produce a bright tone and harmonics with impressive projection and sustain.
With their natural golden colour, the Laka Bamboo Series ukuleles look striking, offset with black appointments which include body bindings, bound fingerboard with black position markers, soundhole design, ABS nut and open-geared chrome machine heads with black buttons.
Available in Soprano, Concert and Tenor sizes with stunning appointments that include solid, figured flame maple tops, backs and sides, wood bindings, intricate faux abalone rosette design, capped heel, okoume neck, ABS nut, walnut capped headstock, walnut fingerboard with pearl inlays, black walnut bridge and gold plated die-cast machine heads with black buttons, the new Laka Maple Series ukuleles are indeed, dressed to impress.

The new Laka Mahogany Series of acoustic and electro-acoustic ukuleles are available in 5 popular body sizes, Sopranino, Soprano, Concert, Tenor and Baritone. All models feature solid sapele for the top, back and sides, specifically chosen for its warm, woody sound, delivering a strong low-end, solid mids and natural high-end response.
A smooth satin mahogany finish, along with an okoume neck, ABS nut, walnut fingerboard and bridge, enhance the natural acoustic properties of these popular tonewoods.
