Loaded with NOS+ pickups, a fully adjustable recessed bridge and available in these stunning new Red and Orange Metalflake and solid Keen Green and Ice Gray colours, the Danelectro ‘59M NOS+ is the latest, updated incarnation of the company’s flagship ’59™.
The ‘59M NOS+ is indeed, Danelectro’s new take on the double cutaway ‘59 from days gone by, whilst retaining all the character and charm of the original, now loaded with new tone-enhanced, NOS+ (New Old Stock) lipstick pickups “that deliver notably enhanced highs, punchier mids, and solid lows” state UK distributor JHS.
While the ‘59M NOS+ sings with even more classic Dano single coil jangle, twang, clarity and fast attack, the key ‘59’ elements remain, within the timeless short horn, double cutaway body, Coke-bottle headstock, dual-concentric volume and tone controls and 3-way selector switch.
Accurate tuning and pin-point intonation is ensured with straight string pull from 3-aside vintage style machine heads, via a precision cut aluminum nut, onward to the fully adjustable die cast wrap-around bridge, recessed within the body. with a sleek neck profile and 21 fret polished fingerboard. Whilst Featuring the original lightweight Masonite construction.
