Synthfest, Sound On Sound magazine’s festival of all things synthesisery, is back for a third year at Sheffield’s Octagon Centre on October 6th from 10.30am to 6.30pm.
Attendance last year was up 30 per cent on the initial year’s event and 2018’s Synthfest promises to be a must attend for electronic music fans looking for information and entertainment. As in previous years, the show combines manufacturer showcases, a ‘modular meet’, retailers, Q & A sessions, seminars and demos.
Early bird tickets are already on sale for £10, alternatively visitors can pay £12.50 up to two weeks before the show opens and £15 on the door.
The manufacturer line-up already includes most of the big names in synthesisers from small modular makers to the likes of Korg, Moog and Nord.
