German guitar makers Framus have announced their Diablo II Supreme Masterbuilt, aiming primarily at metal guitarists with this latest offering, for those who prefer deep tunings. The Seymour Duncan pickup set, consisting of Sentient (neck) and Nazgûl (bridge), is a perfect match for this instrument. Invented to explore the deepest metal tunings, the dry highs, grinding mids and precise bass of the Nazgûl and Sentient are set define modern metal, claim Framus, offering players extreme, lively and aggressive high-gain sound.
The Framus Diablo Supreme has also been revised and updated and this latest model now presents itself as the Diablo II Supreme, with a carved three-dimensional top and strikingly curved contours, which are already familiar from the Framus Idolmaker, making the Diablo II Supreme unmistakable and extremely aesthetic. All instruments of the Masterbuilt and Teambuilt series feature Plek Fretwork with IFT – Invisible Fretwork Technology. All Masterbuilts come with rounded fret edges. All Framus Teambuilt guitars will be delivered with certificate of authenticity and original photo from 2019.
In addition to the Masterbuilt, Framus are offering the Framus Diablo II Supreme Teambuilt German Pro Series model. This is constructed with a mahogany body with “Easy Access” electronic compartment cover, carved AAA flamed maple top, set-in mahogany neck with tigerstripe ebony fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets nut, TonePros Tune-o-Matic bridge string through, original Seymour Duncan pickups: Sentient (neck) / Nazgûl (bridge), controls for Volume and Tone, Framus 5-way switch, and Warwick Security Locks.
The Diablo II Supreme Teambuilt is available in the following transparent high polish finishes: Nirvana Black Transparent High Polish, Antique Tobacco Transparent High Polish, Burgundy Blackburst Transparent High Polish, Lagoon Blueburst Transparent High Polish and Vintage Sunburst Transparent High Polish.
