The Europe Drum Show 2027 Frankfurt Announces First Wave of Confirmed Main Stage Artists

Following the organisers’ earlier announcement confirming the move of The Europe Drum Show to Messe Frankfurt on 3–4 April 2027, the first artist announcements have now been revealed.

Representing the USA, Italy and Spain, Mike Terrana (USA), Gee Anzalone (Italy), Miguel Lamas (Spain) and El Estepario Siberiano (Spain) are the first four of twelve internationally recognised artists confirmed for what is set to become the world’s largest consumer drum exhibition.

Following the successful conclusion of this year’s event in Friedrichshafen, Germany, the move to Frankfurt will see the exhibition space double to 9,000 square metres. Demand has already been exceptionally strong, with 75.1% of the available exhibition space sold within just three months of the 2026 show.

Organiser Neil Golding, who also produces The UK Drum Show in Liverpool—which celebrates its 10th anniversary next year—said:

“We clearly now have the foundations in place in Europe to deliver a first-class exhibition for drummers. With engagement at our UK event consistently attracting more than 95% UK visitors, drum and percussion brands around the world now have the opportunity, if they wish, to target both a UK-centric audience at The UK Drum Show in Liverpool and a wider European audience at The Europe Drum Show in Frankfurt from April 2027.”

Golding continues:

“Whilst we are extremely grateful to our dedicated team and partners who create, promote and deliver our events, we never lose sight of the commitment shown by our exhibiting partners. These events are industry-led. Our role is to support the drumming community by promoting the events, attracting drummers and inspiring the next generation.

“There are many reasons why consumer music shows continue to grow, whether it’s our own UK event, Jason’s Guitar Show in Birmingham, or Guitar Summit in Mannheim, all of which continue to receive strong support from both visitors and the industry.

“There will always be global challenges—whether it’s COVID, tariffs, international conflicts, inflation, Brexit or retail closures—but there is little value in dwelling on them. As long as we continue to work within the MI industry, adapting, focusing and moving forward is what this creative sector has always done best.

“Since the end of the COVID restrictions, musicians and music lovers seem to appreciate live experiences, community and their passion for music more than ever before. We’re simply providing the platforms and gathering spaces that bring those communities together.”

Further artist announcements, along with new show features for both The Europe Drum Show and The UK Drum Show, will be revealed over the coming weeks.
