Magneto have introduced several new models to their lineup, featuring the new Sonnet Supreme, the brand’s first-ever bass guitars, and updates to both the Starlux and Eric Gales signature models.
Sonnet Supreme (US-5000)
Leading the release is the new Sonnet Supreme (US-5000) – a premium addition based on the established Sonnet shape. Built with a basswood body and a distinctive figured top, the US-5000 blends refined aesthetics with performance-focused design.
A floating tremolo system, combined with staggered locking tuners and a bone nut, ensures excellent tuning stability and optimal string vibration. The roasted maple neck, finished in warm brown, is paired with a rosewood fingerboard for a smooth, responsive feel.
A key feature of the Sonnet Supreme is its new pickup configuration. An MPMN‑1 mini humbucker works alongside two MPRS‑5 single coils, offering enhanced top-end clarity thanks to the mini humbucker’s lower output and smaller footprint. The result is a balanced voice that retains single-coil detail while delivering a full, creamy tone with strong sustain. The US-5000 is also equipped with Sanko frets, Magneto Metro Pole pickups and includes a padded Magneto gigbag.

Ruby Bass (RB-3000)
The Ruby Bass is a modern short-scale instrument built around a 30″ scale length — a format that has seen a strong resurgence in recent years. Compact and comfortable, it delivers a rich, full low-end without sacrificing power.
It features custom MAP‑1 and MAJ‑1 pickups, carefully positioned for maximum low-end response, alongside a basswood body and a stable layered maple neck. The Topaz Bass offers a more traditional 34″ scale, designed for players seeking a solid, full-bodied tone across a wide range of styles.
Built with a basswood body, three-piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, the Topaz is fitted with MCP‑2 (neck) and MCM‑2 (bridge) pickups for a deep, punchy low-end suited to modern playing.
