Audio Distribution Group adds Dreadbox to UK Distributed Products

Audio Distribution Group announces the expansion of Dreadbox’s effects range to their catalogue of distributed products in the UK.

Audio Distribution Group are extremely pleased to announce they have partnered with Dreadbox to expand the reach of this superb brand within their UK portfolio, making ADG responsible for handling distribution of the brand’s effects pedals across the majority of the European market*.

  • Concise range of highly versatile effects pedals
  • Innovative features and effects type combinations
  • Pedalboard-friendly footprint with simple and easy-to-use, yet multi-layered control layouts
  • CV connectivity for interacting with modular synth and CV gear
  • Entirely made in Athens, Greece

Originally started as a boutique effects company in 2012, Dreadbox are known for insanely good engineering plus crazy coding out of their headquarters in Athens, Greece. The founders, Yiannis and Dimitra, were penniless amateur musicians at the time and therefore were led to experiment with DIY creations to build their own effects and later synthesizers. Today, Dreadbox design some of the most innovative, yet affordable, electronic musical devices on the market. From empty PCBs to complete products, everything is made in their Athens workshop with infinite love, along with Dreadbox’s core focus lying steadily on affordability and reliability.

The latest Dreadbox range of effect pedals takes the company back to their roots and follows their creators’ philosophy of only making products they like using themselves. These products are packed with innovative sounds that are highly suitable for not just synthesizers but also for guitar, bass and other stringed instruments.
Jelina Fouseki, sales manager of Dreadbox commented, “We are thrilled to be even more a part of the ADG family, who already distribute our distinctive effect pedals across Europe. Our collaboration marked a significant milestone for our company, so to extend this to the UK means we are genuinely excited about the additional opportunities it brings. The confidence we place in ADG is profound and we believe that this collaboration will strengthen our presence in this key market. Their expertise aligns seamlessly with our vision, so we are looking forward to embarking on this journey together and are confident that our shared commitment will lead to a successful and enduring partnership”.

While Tom Bodfish, ADG’s UK Sales Director stated, “ADG has been working with Dreadbox in Europe on their line of wonderfully creative effects pedals, for just about a year now. I’m really looking forward to helping further develop the brand in the UK, so that more guitarists and effects pedal stores can experience these great value and ground-breaking products for themselves”.
