Hofner Guitars have announced the launch of two new unique additions to their ‘UK Exclusive’ Verythin guitar range.
Available exclusively to retailers and customers in the UK and Ireland, the new ‘Pearl Gold’ and ‘Pearl Blue’ Verythin models join the incredibly popular series alongside the previously released ‘Dark Stain’ and ‘Black Stain’ UK Exclusive models.
Available in two distinct finishes – Pearl Gold and Pearl Blue – both models feature an eye-catching gloss sparkle finish applied over an all-mahogany body.
Based on the original classic Hofner Verythin guitar body shape that became extremely popular with bands during the 1960s beat boom era, they are sure to appeal to players seeking a distinctive guitar that has a rich history, and one that delivers full on style, tone and playability.
Electronics come in the form of two Hofner design humbucker pickups, producing tones ranging from deep gutsy blues through to cutting distorted rock. Both models are fitted with a centre spruce block in the body to produce more sustain, deeper tones and less feedback, whilst also helping to capture that unique 60’s sound.
