Further brands join the expansion of The UK Drum Show, which takes place on the 2 & 3rd April 2022 at the ACC Liverpool, alongside The UK Acoustic Guitar Show, The UK Bass Guitar Show and The UK Electric Guitar Show.
Like so many great things, Taran Custom Drums came to existence rather by coincidence, after a jesting conversation between friends. For founder and master builder Frank Cox however, making perfect drums was never a joke. Right from day one back in 2018, he poured all his passion, craftsmanship and eye for detail into the development and creation of perfect stave drums with a sound that can vary from warm and robust to crisp and funky, and with authentic and beautifully crafted looks to die for.
Now, 3 years later, Taran has managed to build a reputation of crafting supreme looking and sounding instruments. Some of the top-class Belgian musicians have been raving about these drums, going as far as to compare them to the vintage drums made by Noble & Cooley in the old days. With such great comments, Taran feels ready to look beyond the borders of pretty little Belgium and show the world the true meaning of its motto: “Built to Blast”. Because you better believe it: these drums are bound to blow you away.
Sennheiser and Neumann are two further brands for guests to check out with the return of The UK Drum Show 2022 in April 2022 at the ACC Liverpool.
Synonymous with providing microphones for drums, in-ear monitoring solutions for drummers, and live sound and recording techniques for those working with drums and percussion (and other instruments) on stages and in the studio, newcomers to the show for 2022, drummers and musicians alike will be able to check out their latest tech on booth D2.
The portfolio includes classic microphones like the MD 421 (found on toms and snares all over the world) and MD 441 (snares), along with Neumann industry standard KM 184 (overheads).
