Fibonacci are pleased to share their recent creation, the Californian. This latest creation is finished in antique blonde oil and is looking for a forever home.
The Californian model consists of a hand carved flame maple soundboard with laminated maple back and sides. It is beautifully proportioned with a lower bout size of 375mm (14.76”) x 63mm (2.48″) depth, with solid flame maple binding throughout. The fingerboard, floating bridge, finger-rest & tailpiece are all crafted in solid Indian ebony.
The neck width is 43mm (1.69″) at nut, 57mm (2.28″) at end fret, and has a 14″ radius. The Californian fingerboard consist of 22 Jescar EVO gold medium/jumbo frets.
This particular Californian is fitted with a series/parallel split gold floating Jon Dickinson PAF, with Bourn push/pull switching. All Fibonacci guitars are completely hand wired in shielded, steel braided cable, and we only use quality components. All Californians are fitted with stylish Gotoh SGS510Z tuners with a ratio of 1:18 for high performance.
