Hidersine Orchestral launch ‘Test, Try & Buy’ Reserve Instrument Service

Barnes & Mullins, owners of Hidersine Orchestral, have launched a new ‘Test, Try & Buy’ service whereby B&M customers can trial unique violins and bows from their acclaimed Hidersine Reserve range before deciding to purchase.

The unique service is designed by B&M to make life even easier for its customers to make informed buying decisions during a time when face to face contact with sales managers is limited. The easy-to-use service allows retailers to receive delivery of four one-off Hidersine Reserve violins and eight Hidersine bows to fully appraise instore prior to committing to buy.

B&M customers have fourteen days from receipt to try out and decide which instruments and bows to keep and Barnes & Mullins will arrange a no-hassle collection of any instruments customers wish to return. It’s really that easy!

Trade customers who would like to be involved in the new Hidersine Reserve ‘Test, Try & Buy’ service can either contact their Area Sales Manager directly or simply complete the online form – www.bandm.co.uk/hidersine-reserve-ttb.html – to register their interest. Barnes & Mullins will contact all interested customers to discuss any special requirements they may have and tailor their ‘Test, Try & Buy’ delivery to their appropriate needs before delivering their instruments and bows in a protective multi-case.

The new service is available exclusively to UK customers with an up-to-date Barnes & Mullins trade account. All instruments are set-up and inspected by B&M’s expert instrument technical team before being despatched.
