The UK Bass Guitar Show set to debut at Manchester Central next month (28th & 29th March 2020), organised by Gold Media and Events, founders of the hugely successful UK Drum Show, have announced further brands and artists for their second dedicated event, this time exclusively for bass players.
In recent weeks and days, bass legends Laurence Cottle, Peter Hook and Billy Sheehan have all been confirmed, along with YouTube sensation Miki Santamaria joining a world-class lineup. Recent exhibitor confirmations include Anaconda Basses, JHS, with bass offerings from Vintage, Fret King, Supro, Italia, Danelectro, Dean Markley, Xvive and Bohemian Guitars and UK string manufacturer Rotosound have been added to the 50+ brands appearing in Manchester.
“At the heart of what we do, it has to be about creating the very best visitor experience, something that we are constantly striving to achieve, not only to attract guests, but to keep them returning year on year and growing the guest numbers”, says Golding, show organiser. “We have had huge success with sister event The UK Drum Show, and we are working our hardest, with the support and assistance of the trade, to create again, a truly world-class event that is talked about and referred to on the world stage”. “As organisers, it has never been about just the two days of the show, it is about working with our partners all year round, learning of their relevant and current developments in their respective sector and together, promoting content in both a live experience and sharing this online too”.
