The Leeds/Bradford Guitar Show returns to Pudsey Civic Hall on Sunday 15th September 2019 from 10am to 4.00pm.
Now in its 13th year, this show is the only large-scale guitar show to take place in West Yorkshire and is highly anticipated and regarded by visitors and exhibitors alike. Hosted by Northern Guitar Shows Ltd, the show has all their trademark features – an affordable entrance fee for visitors, sensibly-priced exhibitor costs with no added extras, free parking for all, good transport links including proximity to the motorways and even a nearby railway station.
Following the style of USA table-top exhibitions, the show is first and foremost a retail event. New, vintage and pre-owned guitars, amps and pedals will be available to buy, trade and sell from a host of retailers, distributors, manufacturers, luthiers, boutique makers and private collectors. Plenty of special show bargains and on-the-day prices will be available on a wide range of products, both new and used.
As with all NGS events, workshops, demonstrations and live music will be available in separate areas throughout the day, with some of the top names in the industry performing in an intimate setting. This year legendary blues rocker and former Argent frontman, John Veritywith his band will be playing his new signature guitars by Fret-King Guitars and Vintage Guitars while former Stone Roses and Asia guitarist Aziz Ibrahim Esqwill perform an eclectic set with his usual multi-genre mastery.
Taurus Amplification UK will feature YouTube phenomenon Michal Kulbaka, guitarist from rousing, bluesy festival rock band Samarkind, presenting a performance and workshop. Acoustic duo, The Huers will showcase their superb songs, great playing and sublime harmonies through the show’s PA system provider BOSE Professional.
Every visitor will be entered into a free prize draw to win a Vintage John Verity Signature Candy Apple Blue V6JVCAB guitar worth £399, with runner-up prizes of Guitar Magazine subscriptions.
All this, plus refreshments and a licensed bar make the Leeds/Bradford Guitar Show the ideal day out for any guitar aficionado.
Public admission will be just £6 (pay on the door) with accompanied under-12’s free.
