Over the last 24 months Recording King has deployed significant investments into their European operations, including establishing a dedicated distribution hub based in the Netherlands allowing them to place inventory closer to the expanding European distribution network.
Recording King considers the UK and Ireland to be key countries in the development of their brand and so with immediate effect appointed CUK Audio as their exclusive distributor covering the UK and Ireland. This new partnership will enable Recording King to expand its reach to a larger dealer network and engage more closely with players across the whole of the UK and Ireland.
Recording King’s VP of International Sales, Scott Thompson says this partnership “will enable us to expand our reach among UK players, support our products with fast, effective service, and help us grow the Recording King family worldwide. CUK Audio’s expertise in the UK and Ireland offers a great opportunity for us to connect with and support players in a new market.”
CUK Audio started in 2005 and diversified into MI retail in 2013. Since then they have assembled a team of experienced industry professionals and an extensive portfolio of brands. CUK Audio’s Managing Director Stuart Thomson says, “over the last 24 months we have been increasing our efforts and focus on this division of our business. This has naturally resulted in increased staff and brands. During this process one of our clients recommended we look at Recording King. Recording King expects instrument delivery to begin in July 2019, with products in stores throughout the UK and Ireland shortly thereafter.
