Doncaster’s Electro Music closes – calls in insolvency team

Doncaster’s long-established Electro Music has closed, the owners calling in insolvency specialist AM Insolvency.

The shop, in Copley Road, was one of the UK’s longer established independents, having been founded in 1982 by brothers John and Mike Wiltchinsky. John Wiltchinsky died in 2015.

According to the Doncaster Free Press, a cardboard sign in the shop’s window alerted visitors to the closure and the shop’s website and Facebook page reported the closure, referring enquirers to insolvency practitioner Jonathan Amor at AM Insolvency.
