UK Drum Show nears sell-out with 6 months still to go

A flurry of major brands joining the line-up for Manchester’s The UK Drum Show means the event is rapidly approaching sell-out with six months still to go, reports organiser Gold Media and Events.

With leading cymbal giants Meinl, Sabian and Paiste joining other cymbal companies, the drum contingent at The UK Drum Show has also been swelled with the addition of leading US brand Drum Workshop who, along with PDP, join the top international brands including Pearl, Yamaha, Sonor and Mapex. New to the 2018 show will also be Trinity College London.

Show organiser, Neil Golding says: ‘We were thrilled when last year’s debut event sold out three months in advance but this year we are fast approaching that same point with six months still to go.

‘What’s very significant is the refreshing approach from our partners, who clearly want to create a rich experience for visitors. Exhibiting companies are planing great content and tactile engagement for year two – amazing things to ensure that the visitor experience goes far beyond the 48 hours of the show and ensures visitors get a unique and memorable experience that will keep them coming back years from now and remembering the brands and artists they experienced.

‘Already we’ve been able to announce another stunning line-up which includes Stanton Moore, who we’ve been in dialogue with for some time now, along with double act to take to the stage on Saturday, Russ Miller and Rashid Williams. There are more big names to come, too! In fact we’re already discussing dates and  making plans for 2019!’
