All-in packages that include furnishings and signage cut costs and effort significantly. Additionally, there are numerous opportunities for exhibitors to present brands and endorsers within the framework of the event programmes of Musikmesse and Musikmesse Festival and thus reinforce the impact of their participation’.
In addition to individual exhibition stands at early-booking prices, there are special stand packages at attractive rates, which,m the organiser claims, ‘make Musikmesse affordable for smaller manufacturers and start-ups’. Nano-Package: for all product groups: e.g. Nano Package Classic, Nano Package Drums etc. Four square-metre complete stand including carpeting, electricity and preliminary cleaning
Complete Package: All-in-one package including furnishings, from nine square metres
Guitar Boutique Package: Participation in the Guitar Boutique Village in Hall 8.0 with inexpensive solutions, from two square metres
Village Package: Participation in the pavilion for trade associations and educational and cultural organisations in Hall 8.0.
The ‘Brandworld Drums’ and the ‘Brandworld Guitar’ also offer an all-inclusive package for drum and guitar brands. Besides high-grade, individually designed complete exhibition stands, the package includes services such as catering and hosts/hostesses, as well as stand cleaning and guarding. The exhibition area is in the immediate vicinity of the Drum Camp and Guitar Camp with demonstrations, workshops and masterclasses by world-famous drummers and guitarists.
Musikmesse also offers trade visitors the opportunity to conduct business discussions in a peaceful atmosphere with the Business Area in Hall 11.1. Companies can book a customized Business Office – as a stand-alone option or in addition to a stand in the product halls.
