Sonor increases space at The UK Drum Show by over 500 %

With four months still to go, The UK Drum Show is now almost sold out, following the decision by German drum manufacturer Sonor to increase its show footprint by 500%.
The show’s organiser, Gold Media and Events, reports that available stand space is down to one single stand following Sonor’s decision to boost its presence at the event, which takes place on the 23rd and 24th of September at Manchester Central.
Sonor artist Emmanuelle Caplette, announced earlier this year, will be performing on the international main stage on Saturday 23rd, joining a truly world-class line-up of artists including: Thomas Lang, Dennis Chambers, JR Robinson, George Kollias, Stanley Randolph, Craig Blundell, Michael Schack and Simon Phillips.
Additionally, in the Mike Dolbear Best of British room, the show will feature Young Drummer of the Year winner Anmol Mohara as well as Bob Knight, Adam Betts and Craig Blundell appearing on the Saturday, with Richard Jupp, Jay Postones and Phil Gould appearing on Sunday 24th.
Organiser, Neil Golding says: ‘We will be forever grateful to all the businesses that have got behind this exciting new venture, right from the start so that we can be sure of offering something very special to all drummers throughout the weekend. Even now, with the show almost sold out, further international clinicians as well as up and coming talent are being added by the exhibitors and we will be announcing their names over the coming weeks.
‘Due to the TUKDS commitment to provide a wide and as diverse experience as possible, a further international clinic room has been added, with the likes of Jost Nickel and Lea Mullen joining us, so the event just keeps growing and growing.’
