Godin, the Montreal-based Canadian guitar maker, has announced a relaunch of its well respected Art & Lutherie brand, with a complete line-up of new models aimed at acoustic guitar buyers looking for vintage characteristics.
The new lineup features three body sizes: Dreadnought (Americana series), Concert Hall (Legacy series) and Parlor (Roadhouse series). All three models come with either the built-in Godin QIT pre-amp (Americana and Legacy series) or the Fishman Sonitone (Roadhouse series). The Americana and Legacy series are available in cutaway versions, and the Legacy is also offered in a 12-string or left-handed cutaway model.
All the new Art & Lutherie models feature solid spruce tops and wild cherry backs and sides. They are further enhanced by semi-gloss patina finishes (Bourbon Burst, Tennessee Red and Faded Black). UK RRPs will start at £459.
