Shergold has announced the release of its 2018 Limited Edition SM03SD Masquerader with Black Sparkle finish.
New for summer 2018, Shergold says: ‘The SM03SD Black Sparkle offers an exciting twist on the award-winning Masquerader electric guitar series and continues the British guitar brand’s legacy of producing distinctive and unique guitars designed to turn heads’.
Designed by renowned luthier Patrick James Eggle, the SM03SD Black Sparkle is exclusively equipped with three USA Seymour Duncan single coil pickups (Bridge: Vintage STL-2, Middle: Vintage SSL-SRW, Neck: Vintage SSL-2) ‘…for a versatile, gutsy and authentic tone’. It features a solid mahogany body with brushed silver scratchplate, solid rosewood neck and fingerboard, inlaid aluminium lined fret markers, staggered locking machineheads and a PJE designed Shergold custom T bridge.
Available in limited, one-off quantities, Shergold says: ‘it is sure to appeal to guitarists who desire a high-end instrument with a unique edge that stands out and sees them proudly shine under stage lights’.
The Shergold 2018 Limited Edition Masquerader Black Sparkle will retail for RRP £809.
