Mike Dolbear, educator and motivator for all things drum and percussion related, is very pleased to announce on April 1st 2017 the launch of a much anticipated, brand new Mike Dolbear.com website and forum, in association with new business partner Neil Golding of Gold Media and Events Ltd.
Mike, who has been leading the way since the 90’s with the vision of harnessing an online meeting and discussion platform for the drum and percussion community, has always been an integral part of the global drumming world, gathering thousands of subscribers and online forum members over the past 17 years.
Since its launch, Dolbear has gone on to create further facets under the Mike Dolbear brand, with Young Drummer of the Year, Mike Dolbear TV and Mike Dolbear affiliated drum schools to mention a few; all with the emphasis of encouraging drummers young and old to learn, embrace and improve their skills in the art of drumming.
Dolbear also joins Neil Golding of Gold Media and Events with the debut of The UK Drum Show, which takes place in Manchester on the 23rd and 24th of September, with artists already confirmed for his master class room Bob Knight and Richard Jupp, along with the winner of this year’s Young Drum of the Year.
